Maritime domain awareness (MDA) is a clear, current understanding of what is happening across a nation’s waters — the vessels, the activity, and the patterns that matter.

Overwatch provides the building blocks of that awareness: the platforms partners operate, the intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) networks that tie them together, and the maritime data that turns observation into understanding.

We describe our capability by what it helps partners do. We do not promise outcomes, and we do not act in our partners’ place.
